Shops must ensure that all listed items are available in stock. Stock information must be updated regularly in coordination with Govaly’s support team to avoid overselling or customer dissatisfaction.

Product prices listed on Govaly must:

• Not exceed the Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
• Remain consistent across all online and offline platforms. Products listed on Govaly may not be sold at a lower price elsewhere.

Any violation of Govaly’s product quality or pricing standards may result in strict action, including monetary fines, product delisting, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
